The Netherlands Mediation Institute has announced the publication of a new, annotated commentary on its recently revised 2008 Mediation Rules entitled “Het NMI Reglement – Tekst en Toelichting”.
The new book is authored by Conway & Partners founding partner, Shawn C. Conway, and provides case-based guidance to mediators and parties who are involved in mediations under the NMI Rules. Beyond simply a guide to the NMI rules, however, the annotated commentary also contains an analysis of a number of key issues commonly faced by counsel and mediators when conducting mediations.
